mattkcole/mc2Rd: Personal package with functions used for thesis

Functions that have accumulated involving factor analysis, assessment of missing data, parallel computing and machine learning methods, as well as (various) graphics will be added here eventually. Functions that involve factor analysis viz will eventually be moved to FAtools.
