mdsumner/wmts: Read imagery from WebMap Tile Servers
Read imagery rasters from 'WMTS' ('WebMap Tile Servers') by setting a spatial extent. Zoom level (resolution) is determined automatically for a reasonable sized image at native detail, and can be controlled manually.
