Arguments
vRNATable
A tibble produced by the makevRNATable function
sequences
An RNAStringSetList produced by the vRNASeqs function
outType
A character variable to select the desired output from the function
sequenceLengths
A named integer vector, usually derived from seqlengths(BSGenomeObj)
Value
A tibble containing only candidate DIs
