Top_down_algorithm is an algorithm that looks for maximizing a metric (or multiple metrics) by binning the dataset and going through a set of specific and ranked varaiables. It can be used as multiple ou single optimization criteria function. The algorithm takes the first absolute optimal solution on his track when it comes to multiple criteria optimization.
