Builds list of unique parameter sets for multiple model bbi calls
Usage

build_bbi_param_list(.mods, .bbi_args = NULL)
Arguments
.mods
a list containing only 'bbi_.model_type_model' objects
.bbi_args
A named list specifying arguments to pass to babylon. This will over-ride any shared arguments from the model objects.
