Usage

plot.stanglogitFit(object, pars = NULL, type = "combo", ...)

Arguments

object	a stanglogitFit object
pars	an optional vector of strings, with possible values: all growth shift random cor_random sigma
type	to select the type of plot: \itemcombo a density and a trace plot \itemarea a density plot \itemhist a density histogram \itemintervals an 95 \itempairs a pairs plot (only with bayesplot) \itemtrace a trace/catterpillar plot \itemviolin a violin plot (only with bayesplot)
...	other bayesplot or ggplot2 arguments

Value

a plot, a ggplot2 object, or a bayesplot object
