Arguments
srcData
(data.frame) (data frame) DF with two columns:
nhdDF
(sf data.frame) valid data frame of NHD flowlines
IDfield
character) Name of 'Type' field to be modified in POI
Value
(sf data.frame) OIs for the specific data theme
