Sample a [relative] abundance vector with replacement
Description
Subsample the whole community with number of individuals = size.
Usage
sample_infinite(ab, size)
Arguments
ab
A numeric vector of species abundances or relative abundances.
size
Scalar, number of individuals in finite samples.
Value
A vector of integer species abundances
