vitalsignprocessing
Setup:
- Open cmd prompt
- CD into the vitalsignprocessing folder
- in the cmd prompt, run the following cmd: dir/s/b c:\data\d.txt > list.txt
where c:\data\d.txt indicates the path/files of the source data
this will create list.txt for the program to process
usage example (using RStudio):
> library(vitalsignsprocessor)
> run()
