This projects demonstrates CCG level health equity indicators as described in this paper: http://jech.bmj.com/content/early/2016/01/12/jech-2015-206742.full
To run the shiny app from R you must have the shiny package installed and run the following command from the R console: shiny::runGitHub('ccg_equity', 'miqdadasaria')
Alternatively a running example can be found at the following address: http://www.ccg-inequalities.co.uk/
