Helper function to import studiesinfos for prognostic

Usage
prog_studiesinfo(tab, type)
Arguments
tab
A table containing the studiesinfo.
type
A character string. Either "discovery" or "validation".
Details
The function takes a table as input and converts it to a
studiesinfo list.
