This function creates an ideogram representation of the chromosome in coordinates.
Usage
plotIdeogramRegulome(coordinates, genome)
Arguments
coordinates
GRanges object with coordinates you want to plot.
genome
Character string indicating the genome for the coordinates. Default: hg19.
