eia_bulk_cachelist: Cached list of bulk data sets available from the EIA

In mitcda/eiastats: Access Energy Information Agency statistics via the EIA API.

Description

This data is a cached set of the EIA bulk manifest file (<http://api.eia.gov/bulk/manifest.txt>) produced by the eia_bulk_manifest function. By default functions eia_bulk_search, eia_bulk_browse and eia_bulk_data use this dataset data if the update_cache parameter is TRUE.

A data frame containing 19 columns:

• last_updated date dataset last updated

• category_id EIA dataset category identifier

• name EIA dataset name

• data_set EIA dataset identifier

• identifier EIA dataset identifier

• title EIA datset name

• description Long form description of dataset

• keyword List of dataset keywords

• publisher Publisher (U.S. Energy Information Administration)

• person Responsible person

• mbox Corresponding e-mail address

• accessLevel Dataset access level (public)

• accessLevelComment Dataset access level comment

• accessURL Dataset URL

• webService EIA web address

• format Available dataset formats

• temporal Dataset frequency

• modified Dataset modification date

• spatial Spatial data availability (e.g. country, state, city, mine/plant/refinery level).
