water table component rating.

Arguments
surfaceSiltPercent
Percentage of surface (depths 0-60cm) silt
surfaceClayPercent
Percentage of surface (depths 0-60cm) clay
waterTableDepth
Water table depth (in cm)
Value
Deduction points for the water table depth deduction.
