mitsuoxv/tqr: Add tq_xx functions to tidyquant package to facilitate economic analyses
Add utility functions to facilitate economic analyses on time series data to tsibble package. Added functions are to calculate differences (tq_diff), moving averages (tq_ma), growth rates (tq_gr) and seasonally adjusted values (tq_sa).
