Description

Get the active layer concentration at height b above the bed.

Usage

get_cb(conc.avg, fun, H, b, ...)

Arguments

conc.avg	The cross-section average concentration.
fun	The vertical gradient function to use.
H	The maximum water depth.
b	The active layer height.
...	Other arguments to pass to fun.

Value

The concentration at the active layer boundary.
