addcaption: Add caption
In mkoohafkan/figr: Simple figure and table indexer for use with document generation.

Add a caption to a referenced object

1	addcaption(key, caption, envir)

`key`	identifier for the object being referenced
`caption`	The caption text
`envir`	The environment where the referenced object resides

This is an internal function called by

add() and label(). It should not be called directly.

Caption is updated. No return value.
