create_topics: Create a list of topics
In mleary/fika: Simple tools for organizing fika groups & topics

This function returns a data frame including a group number and a suggested topic to kick-off the conversation.

1	create_topics(group_nums, topic_vector)

`group_nums`	number of groups
`topic_vector`	a vector of suggested topics
