Log-transform distance matrices
Usage
transformMats(mat, asDist = TRUE)
Arguments
mat
Distance matrix to transform
asDist
Boolean: whether to force the matrix into an euclidean distance matrix.
Value
Double logged transformation of ranked rows of the input matrix,
as matrix.
