mouse0/suicideProject: Tools for Lingustic Analysis to Find Endophenotypes

This package includes tools for lingustic analysis, such as type/token ratios and part of speach tagging as well as tools for cleaning an XML corpus used, and a script for calculating the simpleMaths frequency, smoothed using LaPlacian smoothing.
