Fit

Here you can fit your model to the data you uploaded.

Key points

  1. To use the fitted parameter sets in the other tabs, use the import from fit option in the other tabs (this is located at the bottom of the Model parameters section).
  2. If you have several columns in your dataset, the data-model that is not the target to fit will also be visualised by default.

Optimisation

Specify the target to fit (what to fit) from the drop-down menu.

Model parameters

Choose/tick the parameters that are allowed to vary in the model fitting process.

Locked parameter set

Locked parameter set will let you compare outputs with different parameter values.

Code

  1. Expanding Model code underneath the plot window will show you your model code.

Visualisation options

  1. Click on the legend (e.g. S, I, or R) to show or hide variables.
  2. Double click on the plot to zoom back out.
  3. Hover over the top right hand corner of the plot window for additional plot options.
  4. Graph settings option under the plot window gives you options for plotting on the log scale or on secondary axes.

Upload/Download options

At the bottom of the Model parameters section you can Download your parameter values as a .csv or upload previously saved parameter values by using the Browse option.

Underneath the plot window there is a Download option.

  1. Modelled = downloads the modelled outputs e.g. the value of S, I, R over time.
  2. Parameters = downloads your current parameters values.
