msenosain/denoisingCTF: CyTOF Data Noise Removal R Package
This package contains functions to build training models to clean CyTOF data, as well as a wrapper function that uses trained models to clean CyTOF data. Denoising occurs in two steps: 1. Beads removal, 2. Zeros, debris and dead cells removal.
