A data.frame of tags to look up in DICOM
header. Not an exhaustive list, but extensive.
Usage

Format
A data.frame with 6 columns
- tag
the tag identifier for the field
- name
the name of the field
- keyword
no space version of name - a better lookup ID
- vr
value representation
- vm
value multiplier
- retired
indication of retired tag
