stata_knitr_opts: Options in knitr for Stata

Uses opts_chunk to set options for knitting the markdown.

1	stata_knitr_opts(engine.path = stata_engine_path(), comment = "", ...)

`engine.path`	path for stata engine
`comment`	comment for output, passed to `opts_chunk`
`...`	additional arguments passed to passed to `opts_chunk`
