In mwhalen18/krspfecals: KRSP Auxilary Fecal Database
krspfecals
krspfecals is an auxilary database for members of the KRSP project. It
deploys with active versions of the fecal database as well as a few
helper functions for interacting with the main {krsp} database.
Installation
You can install the working version from github with
# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("mwhalen18/krspfecals", build_vignettes = TRUE)
Note that you must include build_vignettes = TRUE as {devtools} does
not automatically build them.
