netdiagnostics

The goal of netdiagnostics is to combine multiple test results to form an equivalent single test with respect to sensitivity and specificity.

Installation

You can install the development version from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("n8thangreen/netdiagnostics")

Example

This is a basic example which shows you how to solve a common problem:

net_sensspec(pos_threshold = 2,
             sens = c(0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4),
             spec = c(0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4))
