Arguments

asv_table	rows= ASV names, cols=sample names
limit_of_detection	relative abundance cutoff
sigma_for_alpha	sigma value for alpha MAP prior
sigma_for_beta	sigma value for beta MAP prior

Value

savedParams table of P(not detected) and 2 beta parameters
