In nasserdr/dendroSense: Analyzing dendrometers data the easy way.

dendroSense

dendroSense is an R based library that helps analyzing dendrometers data by providing some common functionalities in addition to a graphical user interface.

TO DO:

• [x] Create a first version GUI that reads standard dendrometers data and display statistics about them such as: Daily statistics, Stem Cycle statistics and Zero Growth Phase statistics.
• [ ] Fix the dates bug in the GUI version 1.
• [ ] Create a sample of examples code based on dendroAnalyst.
• [ ] Implement an irrigation model based on the dendrometers data.

Installation

You can install the released version of dendroSense from CRAN with:

#install.packages("dendroSense")

And the development version from GitHub with:

# install.packages("devtools")
#devtools::install_github("nasserdr/dendroSense")
