In natverse/NatManager: Install the 'Natverse' Packages from Scratch

This minor update (v0.5.1) of natmanager changes a default argument to simplify package installs. Apologies for the rapid turnaround since the last submission (5d) but v0.5.0 was a major update (and the first in some time) and this wrinkle has come up in user feedback.

Test environments

• Local R 4.3.1 on macosx
• winbuilder r-devel

R CMD check results

0 errors | 0 warnings | 1 note

There are no reverse dependencies

Win builder has just the one NOTE, as expected:
