sementeR

RStudio project template for data science projects with the following starting structure:

• README.md
• data/
• code/lib.R with starting functions to customize a ggplot theme, import data into the project, and read/clean.
• reports/a-report.Rmd with starting boilerplate Rmd code

install

devtools::install_github("nazareno/sementeR")

use

After installing, RStudio's New project > New directory dialog will contain a new template.
