A dataset containing the polygons that define boundaries of the 1122
colombian municipalities (cities, towns and smaller populated administrative
areas).

A SpatialPolygonsDataFrame. The data slot is a
data frame with:
- id
official municipality id as defined by the
National Department of Statistics (DANE),
character
- id_depto
official department id in which the municipality is
circumbscribed, character
- municipio
name of the municipality
- depto
department name
