A list of the look up table information for the indices in the
LUT NIfTI images, which are hand segmenations, to areas of the brain
Usage

Format
A list with 3 elements, which correspond to the LUT types, each
element is a data.frame with the following columns:
- integer_label
index corresponding to the nii.gz fie
- text_label
name of structure with left/right designation
- color_r
color to map in RGB, for R channel
- color_g
color to map in RGB, for G channel
- color_b
color to map in RGB, for B channel
- structure
name of of the structure without left/right
- rightleft
