Usage
reflectionMatrix(img1, axis = NA, reflectionMatrixFilename)
Arguments
img1
input object, an antsImage
axis
which dimension to reflect across, numbered from 0 to imageDimension-1
reflectionMatrixFilename
a filename ending in .mat
