Package developed to streamline the analysis of real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) data.
- Import .xls files using importQ()
- Average CT values of triplicate technical replications using avgQ()
- Clean up data file into tidy format using cleanQ()
- calculate delta CT using deltaQ()
- calculate fold change using ddQ().
- Plot your data using ggplot!
