format_fun: Fromating function
In niklasmaltzahn/multistate: simulation and estimation of multistate models

Function making simulated data in to a data set with included cencored at risk observations. This makes it possible to simultaneously fit a model for all transitions in a Surv object using the stratification on transin numbera.

1	format_fun(data, tmat)

`data`	Data frame of the type generated from sim_fun.
`tmat`	Matrix numerating transitions.
