ococrook/IonMobility: Infrastructure for Ion Mobility enabled mass spectrometry
The IonMobility package extends the Spectra package to provide efficient storing and handling of of ion mobility enabled mass spectrometry data, as well as functionality for subsetting, processing and visualising such data. These comprises a self-contained functionality for all types of ion mobility mass spectrometry data. The package contains some basic computations.
