ogru/DGSA: The package computes parameter sensitivities with DGSA the method (Fenwick et al 2015)
The package implements the DGSA method that was originally developed by Fenwick and Scheidt in 2012. The Code in this package is closely following the original code by C. Scheidt that is publically available at github.com/SCRF_public/DGSA
