This study is comprised of two main components
Baseline Characterization
To run the baseline characterization, here are the steps to follow:
- Either open R Studio within this directory or set your working directory to this folder
- Follow the instructions in
set_up_instructions.Rmd
- Follow the instructions in
baseline.Rmd
