onwhenrdy/pksimhelper: A PK-Sim/MoBi PBPK model evaluation package

A package to analyze and evaluate PBPK models build in PK-Sim and MoBi. It allows the easy definition of simulated molecules or PD markers in different compartments and the evaluation of models via data exported from PK-Sim and MoBi. The package allows the generation of profile plots of single and population simulations and the calculation of basic NCA PK parameters (e.g. AUC, Cmax, tmax), the generation of Goodness-of-fit plots and DDI/DGI evaluations. All operations are unit-safe.
