Description
Obtain marker efficiency statistics (empirical)
Usage
getMarkerEffStat(markerEfficiency, dfAsInput = FALSE, locNames = NULL)
Arguments
markerEfficiency
Object returned from inferMarkerEfficiency
dfAsInput
If markerEfficiency is a dataframe input (optional)
locNames
Locus name can be included to override order (optional)
