Usage

tsd.sigma1.ed3(ws = 4, wtc = "A")

Arguments

ws	wind speed at the hub height (m/s)
wtc	wind turbine class,
wtc	= "A" - class designates the category for higher turbulence characteristic,
wtc	= "B" - class designates the category for lower turbulence characteristic
wtc	= "C" - class designates the category for lower turbulence characteristic Iref is the expected value of the turbulence intensity at 15 m/s b = 5.6 m/s

Value

Function returns the standard deviation of the longitudial wind velocity component.
