Fixes

• Fixed count field datatypes when performing checks on source rows that are then bound into a single data frame
• Add default conn_fun value to send() and changed logic to missing conn argument.
• Fixed check_source_rows() where if no table paths were found, an error won't be throw querying using a SQL statement for a NULL source table.

• Add PLR family of functions that allows executing R scripts directly in Postgres
