loadCachedJoin: Load a Cached Join Resultset

Description
This function will load the cached resultset from a SQL query created by the buildJoinQuery function to a subdirectory of the cache root directory, the path of which will be db/schema.
Usage

loadCachedJoin(..., db, schema)
