pdasg/Rproject: Functions for speed units conversion.
The package contains a list of functions that convert units of speed (specially windspeeds) from one unit to another. There are 10 sets of unit conversions therefore 20 functions inlcuding vice-versa cases. All conversion formulae are sourced from National Weather Service and Weather Forecast Office (NOAA).
