In peernisse/riverMenu: Create Multi-Day Group Menu Plans for Wilderness River Trips

riverMenu

The objective of riverMenu is to build an R Shiny application package for creating and maintaining river trip, or other camping trip meal plans for larger groups over multiple days. This application is being developed as an R package using golem. The persistent data storage is held in a Google Sheets instance, but will be moved to relational database in deployment. This app is stable and functional but more features are planned.

Features

• Launch app with pre-loaded meals to choose from.
• Edit and create your own meals and menu plan.
• Save locally at any time as an .xlsx
• Upload a previously saved .xlsx to resume your progress.
• Export HTML menu report and shopping lists.

• This git repository is open to the public to fork or clone.
• If you are interested in helping out email me at Contact Me or make a pull request.
• If you are an R user you can install this package with devtools::install_github('https://github.com/peernisse/riverMenu')
• Run the app locally with run_app()
