pensoft/ropenbio: R Package of the Open Biodiveristy Knowledge Management System
This package contains a collection of R functions, abstracting access to an RDF4J API. Also, it contains function for converting various sources (TaxPub XML, DwC-A, etc.) into RDF modeled with the OpenBiodiv ontology. There are also specialized functions that faciliate the work, administration, and debugging of an OpenBiodiv installation.
