RwPFS package

Progression-free survival (PFS) is an important endpoint in clinical oncology trials. Multiple definitions of PFS are possible in real-world data (rwPFS). The RwPFS package provides tools to calculate and easily compare real-world PFS endpoints across a range of definitions.

You can install the most recent release:

devtools::install_git("https://github.com/phcanalytics/RwPFS", 
                      ref = "v0.0.3")  

Or, alternatively, the most recent (development) version:

devtools::install_git("https://github.com/phcanalytics/RwPFS")
