In philliplab/HaplotypeTracker: Haplotype Tracker
HaplotypeTracker is a package that allows you to explore how haplotypes change
over some external variable (usually time).
The tools in this package can:
- Use ViralHaplotyper to select a haplotype
- Track the haplotype (or the closest relative of the haplotype) in different datasets (usually sequences from different
time points)
- Report on the changes that occur between the different datasets.
