In picasa/rsunflo: Tools for phenotyping, simulating and modelling with the SUNFLO crop model

SUNFLO installation instructions (Linux Ubuntu 14.04 LTS)

Install VLE+RECORD

simulation platform

# download VLE
git clone https://github.com/vle-forge/vle.git
cd vle/
git checkout -b v1.1.2 v1.1.2

# install the dependencies
sudo apt-get install cmake g++ libgtkmm-2.4-dev libglademm-2.4-dev \

vle -P sunflo_bio configure build install

Install rsunflo R package
