Description
Holds a historical dataset constant for the entire period years.
Usage
toolHoldConstant(x, years)
Arguments
x
MAgPIE object to be continued.
years
years for which the data should exist (hold constant, if missing)
Value
MAgPIE object with completed time dimensionality.
